Nammude Matrimony LLP website / mobile app / WhatsApp support / payment services ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഈ Terms and Conditions ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് വായിക്കുക. Nammude Matrimony-ൽ register ചെയ്യുകയോ membership എടുക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതിലൂടെ user ഈ terms അംഗീകരിച്ചതായി കണക്കാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

1. Service Description

Nammude Matrimony LLP കേരളത്തിലും ഗൾഫ് രാജ്യങ്ങളിലുമുള്ള മലയാളി കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്ക് വിവാഹാന്വേഷണത്തിനുള്ള online matrimony platform ആണ്.

ഈ platform വഴി users-ന് profile create ചെയ്യാനും, അനുയോജ്യമായ profiles browse ചെയ്യാനും, membership plan activate ചെയ്ത ശേഷം contact details കാണാനും, messaging / live chat facilities ഉപയോഗിക്കാനും സാധിക്കും.

Nammude Matrimony വിവാഹം ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്ന guarantee service അല്ല. Users-ന് suitable profiles കണ്ടെത്താനും ബന്ധപ്പെടാനും സഹായിക്കുന്ന platform മാത്രമാണ്.

2. Eligibility

Nammude Matrimony ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ user നിയമപരമായ വിവാഹപ്രായം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിരിക്കണം.

18 വയസ്സിന് താഴെയുള്ളവർക്ക് ഈ platform ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ അനുമതിയില്ല. User നൽകുന്ന age, marital status, religion, caste, education, job, family details തുടങ്ങിയവ ശരിയായതായിരിക്കണം.

3. Registration and Profile Information

User registration സമയത്ത് നൽകുന്ന വിവരങ്ങൾ ശരിയായതും updated ആയതുമായിരിക്കണം.

തെറ്റായ വിവരങ്ങൾ, മറ്റൊരാളുടെ photo, fake identity, duplicate profile, misleading details എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് അനുവദനീയമല്ല.

Company-ക്ക് profile verify ചെയ്യാനും, edit ചെയ്യാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടാനും, reject ചെയ്യാനും, suspend / remove ചെയ്യാനും അവകാശമുണ്ട്.

4. Verification Process

Nammude Matrimony user safety-ക്കും profile quality-ക്കും വേണ്ടി verification process നടത്തുന്നു.

5. Women Registration

സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് Nammude Matrimony-ൽ registration സൗജന്യമാണ്.

സ്ത്രീകൾ register ചെയ്ത ശേഷം അവരുടെ profile-ലേക്ക് പുരുഷന്മാരിൽ നിന്ന് call / enquiry വരാൻ സാധിക്കും. എന്നാൽ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് സ്വയം പുരുഷന്മാരുടെ profile തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് കാണാനും contact ചെയ്യാനും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള membership plan activate ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.

8. Membership Activation

Razorpay വഴി payment successful ആയാൽ membership ഉടൻ activate ആകും.

Manual payment / bank transfer / UPI payment ചെയ്താൽ screenshot verify ചെയ്ത ശേഷം membership activate ചെയ്യും.

Payment സംബന്ധിച്ച issue ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ user support team-നെ ഉടൻ ബന്ധപ്പെടണം.

9. Refund and Renewal Terms

Membership fee സാധാരണയായി non-refundable ആയിരിക്കും.

Payment ചെയ്ത് membership activate ചെയ്ത ശേഷം cancellation / refund സാധാരണയായി അനുവദിക്കില്ല. Match ലഭിച്ചില്ല, proposal final ആയില്ല, contacted profiles response നൽകിയില്ല, user service ഉപയോഗിച്ചില്ല തുടങ്ങിയ കാരണങ്ങൾ refund-ന് അർഹമല്ല.

Duplicate payment, technical error, payment success ആയിട്ടും membership activate ആവാത്തത് തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രത്യേക സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ support team പരിശോധിച്ച ശേഷം refund / adjustment / activation സംബന്ധിച്ച നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കും.

Membership one-time fixed-term plan ആയി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. User permission ഇല്ലാതെ automatic renewal / automatic deduction നടത്തുന്നതല്ല.

10. Contact Access and Usage

Membership ഉള്ള verified users-ന് മാത്രമാണ് contact access ലഭിക്കുക.

Contact details marriage-related communication-നായി മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കണം. Unwanted calls, rude behaviour, harassment, business promotion, spam, fraud attempt, money demand എന്നിവ അനുവദനീയമല്ല.

Contact misuse കണ്ടെത്തിയാൽ account suspend / block / remove ചെയ്യാം.

11. Photo Privacy and Profile Safety

Nammude Matrimony user privacy-ക്ക് മുൻഗണന നൽകുന്നു. Profile photos approval process കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് display ചെയ്യുക.

Photos copy ചെയ്യുന്നതും screenshot എടുക്കുന്നതും തടയാൻ screenshot protection പോലുള്ള safety features ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാൽ internet-based platform ആയതിനാൽ misuse സംബന്ധിച്ച് user-ന് സംശയം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഉടൻ report ചെയ്യണം.

12. User Responsibilities

User താഴെ പറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കണം:

ശരിയായ profile details മാത്രം നൽകണം.
മറ്റൊരാളുടെ photo / identity / contact details ഉപയോഗിക്കരുത്.
Fake profile create ചെയ്യരുത്.
മറ്റുള്ള users-നെ അപമാനിക്കുന്നതോ ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതോ പാടില്ല.
Marriage proposal final ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് family background, job, education, documents, financial details എന്നിവ സ്വയം verify ചെയ്യണം.
Payment screenshot / transaction details തെറ്റായി submit ചെയ്യരുത്.

13. Report Misuse

Fake profile, wrong information, suspicious activity, photo misuse, phone number misuse, rude behaviour, money demand, fraud attempt എന്നിവ കണ്ടാൽ ഉടൻ report ചെയ്യുക.

14. Account Suspension or Removal

താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ company-ക്ക് account warning, temporary suspension, permanent blocking, profile removal എന്നിവ ചെയ്യാനുള്ള അവകാശമുണ്ട്:

Money demand
Rude behaviour / harassment
Payment misuse
Terms violation

Account block / suspend ചെയ്താൽ membership fee refund ചെയ്യേണ്ടതില്ല.

15. Communication Consent

Nammude Matrimony-ൽ register ചെയ്യുന്നതിലൂടെ user support calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, email notifications, payment updates, membership updates, profile-related communication എന്നിവ ലഭിക്കാൻ സമ്മതിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

16. Limitation of Service

Nammude Matrimony suitable profiles കണ്ടെത്താനും contact ചെയ്യാനും സഹായിക്കുന്ന platform മാത്രമാണ്.

Marriage alliance ഉറപ്പാക്കുക, proposal final ആക്കുക, user background guarantee ചെയ്യുക, response guarantee ചെയ്യുക, marriage success guarantee ചെയ്യുക എന്നിവ company ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.

Any marriage decision user / family സ്വന്തം ഉത്തരവാദിത്തത്തിൽ എടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
