When will my membership be activated after payment?

Once the membership payment is successful, your account will be activated immediately. If you make the payment through Razorpay online payment, your membership will be activated instantly. If you make the payment through Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Bank Transfer, you must send the payment screenshot to our support team. After payment verification, the membership will be activated.

Is registration free for women?

Yes. Registration is free for women on Nammude Matrimony. After women register, they can receive calls or enquiries from male members. However, if women want to search, view, and contact male profiles by themselves, they need to activate the current membership plan.

How is photo privacy protected?

At Nammude Matrimony, we give high priority to user privacy. We use a protection system that prevents profile photos from being copied or screenshots from being taken. Profile photos will be displayed only after the approval process. User profile details are handled confidentially. Contact access is available only to verified members with an active membership. If any misuse, fake profile, or suspicious activity is found, necessary action will be taken immediately.

What are the renewal and refund terms?

The membership plan is valid for a fixed period. After the membership period expires, the user needs to renew the membership to continue using the service. Membership fees are generally non-refundable. After payment and membership activation, cancellation or refund is usually not allowed. However, in cases such as technical issues, duplicate payment, or payment success without membership activation, users can contact the support team. The company will verify the issue and provide necessary assistance. Nammude Matrimony does not guarantee a confirmed marriage alliance. The platform only provides users with the facility to search, view, and contact suitable profiles.

How can I report a fake profile or misuse?
